You can obtain your Service Support Code in three ways: Online, by Telephone, or by Post.
Ordering Online You can order Service Support directly through our website.
What we need from you:
• The six-digit code generated by your UNIKON system
• Your club name How to submit it:
• Add the club name followed by the six digits in the Notes section at checkout.
Please note: The website does not automatically generate your Service Support Code. Once we receive your details, we will process it manually.
Ordering by Telephone
You can place your order and make payment by phone. Telephone hours: • 10:00 – 12:30 • 13:30 – 16:00 Monday – Friday
Before calling, please ensure:
• Your UNIKON system is switched on, or you have written down.The six-digit code it generates the code. We do require these six digits to generate your Service Support Code.
By Post
Complete the online form, print it, and send it with a club cheque. Service Support can only be processed once all details are received.
Ordering by Post You may also apply by post if you prefer. How it works: 1. Complete the online form 2. Print it out 3. Send it to us with a club cheque.
Once received, we will process your Service Support Code.

• We can only process your Service Support once all required details have been received
• The Service Support Code is not generated automatically via the website
