A quick update for all Associations – 2026

From 2026, all clubs/associations will need to be subscribed to our Annual Service Support Contract to receive their 2026 activation code for the Unikon Universal Club System.

So, what’s changed?

The previous UNIKON Club option has now come to an end. In its place, we’ve introduced one simple, straightforward package:Annual Service Support Contract – £60 per annum

By subscribing you are ensured that you receive your Service Support Code each year and continue to get full support from us.

What’s included?

For £60 per year, your association will receive:   

• Your 2026 activation code for the Unikon Universal Club System   
• Discounted ring prices (T&C Apply)   
• Free service support for association equipment (T&C Apply)
• Free lithium battery replacement to club equipment or repair when required.     
• Telephone support, including weekends during the race season
• Free firmware updates for the Champ system Version 3.23 coming for 2026

How to subscribe Getting set up is easy:   

• • Simply complete the form below or print and post the application form and return it with payment.  
  • Give us a call and pay over the phone Just a quick note — payment must be received before activation codes can be issued.

 A couple of important points    

• A full copy of our Terms & Conditions can be downloaded here. .   
• Sadly due to the Legacy/Profi System (square type) having been in the market for 30 years not ‘all’ support for the legacy / Profi system may be possible, but is still usable and battery replacements may also still be possible for them.

These changes help us keep things running smoothly and allow us to continue offering dependable support, updates, and good value for all associations.

You need to be the primary registered keeper of the UNIKON Club Equipment  Please make sure that your UCS is on version 4.2 or you will be unable to get an activation code.  If you require an update please go to our support page.

IMPORTANT

• Please complete all fields (customers from ROI please leave the postcode field blank).
• To activate your system you will require a code.  This 6 digit code (xxxx-xx) is displayed on your Club Base screen when your full system is connected and switched on.
• This code needs to be entered in the box below labelled ‘Code on Screen’.
• By paying online you agree to all Terms and Conditions.
• Please ensure you have paid for your Unikon Service Support No codes can be released prior to payment.
• Rings when ordered trough the club are £1.45 each (T&Cs apply) Thank you!
