We hope you’re doing well and that everything’s going smoothly in your association. As we start looking ahead to the 2026 season, we wanted to give you a friendly heads-up about a small but important change to how our support services will work going forward.
A quick update for all Associations – 2026
From 2026, all clubs/associations will need to be subscribed to our Annual Service Support contract in order to receive their 2026 activation code for the Unikon Universal Club System.
So, what’s changed?
The previous UNIKON Club option has now come to an end. In its place, we’ve introduced one simple, straightforward package: Annual Service Support Contract – £60 per annum
By subscribing you are ensured that you receive your activation code each year and continue to get full support from us.
What’s included?
For £60 per year, your association will receive:
• Your 2026 activation code for the Unikon Universal Club System
• Discounted ring prices (T&C’s Apply)
• Free service support for association equipment
• Free lithium battery replacement or repair when required (T&C’s Apply)
• Telephone support, including weekends during the race season
• Free firmware updates for the Champ system (Version 3.23 coming soon)
How to subscribe Getting set up is easy:
• Simply complete the application form and return it with payment or pay online
• Give us a call and pay over the phone or if you wish you can also do it on our website. Just a quick note — payment must be received before activation codes can be issued.
A couple of important points
• A full copy of our Terms & Conditions can be downloaded with your registration form here. Please print, sign, and return these to us.
• Sadly due to the Legacy/Profi System (square type) having been in the market for 30 years not all repairs for the Legacy / Profi system may be possible. That said, these clocks continue to work perfectly well, and in most cases battery replacements can still be carried out. You are therefor able to continue using this system without any issues,
