Planning for the Season Ahead
With the racing season now getting underway for many of you, it’s time to start thinking ahead to your young bird requirements—and in particular, your ring orders. Our Service Support package was introduced with both clubs and individual fanciers in mind, making the ordering process simpler, more cost-effective, and better organised.
For clubs, the benefits are significant. By placing a single bulk order, you can save substantially on delivery costs—often up to £40—and access our discounted ring price of £1.45 per ring (minimum order of 100).
This approach not only reduces costs but also helps streamline ordering for all members. For individuals, rings remain available via our website at £1.60 each, with a minimum order of 20.
Extended Deadline for Club Orders
We understand that organising club orders can take time, so to support you, we’ve extended the original deadline from 30th April to 31st May.
This gives clubs additional time to coordinate and ensure everyone’s requirements are included. How Club Ordering Works To keep things running smoothly:

Postage & Handling
A Note on Postage & Handling Postage is often a talking point, and we want to be as transparent as possible. When sending items to us, we always recommend using a guaranteed Royal Mail service for peace of mind. For returns, our postage costs may appear higher. This is because they include not just shipping, but also the handling of your item—from receipt, processing, careful packaging, and transport back to the post office. For example, returning a clock after a battery replacement may incur a return cost of around £15, reflecting the full handling process involved.
We hope this gives you a clear picture of how our ring ordering and Service Support works, and the value it offers both clubs and individual fanciers. Full terms and conditions are available on our website. If you have any questions or need assistance, we’re always here to help.
