On our website, you’ll find everything you need about Service Support in one place. Simply scroll down to the form and complete it carefully — especially your email address, as this is how we’ll contact you.
You’ll also find:
- Secure online payment options
- Our bank details
- A telephone number if you prefer to pay over the phone
⚠️ Important:
We must have the four digits followed by the two digits from your system to activate your code — please ensure these are entered correctly on the form.
Once submitted, your request is sent to our partners for processing.
This is a manual process, so please allow up to 48 hours for your code to be returned and issued. Why not do it here

All completed battery changes and services will be dispatched early this Monday and Tuesday.
