Since taking over from Deister UK, our focus has been simple: provide clear, reliable support and genuine value for every club and member using UNIKON systems.
More Than Just a Code – Real Savings for Clubs
The Annual Service Support Contract is not simply about obtaining an activation code. It unlocks substantial savings and essential services, including:
• Club rings at just £1.45 each
• All rings dispatched 1st Class via Royal Mail Tracked & Signed
• One delivery charge per order — meaning clubs who order together can make significant savings.
With postage costs continually rising, bulk club ordering makes strong financial sense. For example, if five members combine their order, savings on delivery alone for only five people can exceed £30.
Please note: All clubs are required to subscribe to UNIKON Service Support in order to access the lower ring price. This is why rings are currently marked as “out of stock” on the website at the standard web price.

Activating Your 2026 Service Support
We understand that at busy times it can be difficult to get through by telephone. You can activate your Service Support in two ways:

Complete the Service Support form and use the secure payment link at the bottom of the page. Although it currently shows PayPal, clicking the shopping cart allows payment via debit or credit card.
By Telephone: 07739 571166 Weekdays: 10:00–12:30 & 13:30–16:30 Saturday: 09:00–12:00
When applying for your Service Support Code, please ensure you provide the six digits displayed on the screen when your system is connected. Without these digits, we cannot generate your activation code. Please double-check carefully — an 8 can easily be mistaken for a 3. We then have to send these to Elektrokon and await their return.
Please note, codes are not issued over the telephone. They are sent via email once processed, so please remember to check your spam or junk folder
Staying in Touch
Previously, Deister UK contacted registered clubs and members directly. Unfortunately, no contacts or database was transferred to us, which means we must rely on clubs and members contacting us directly.
We kindly ask that all communication is made via our website or by telephone during the stated hours. Please do not leave voicemail messages, Facebook messages, WhatsApp or SMS messages, as these channels are not monitored and may delay assistance.
